IMPORTANT RMA INFORMATION

Warranty Policies

  • Any goods that are damaged or defective may be returned by obtaining a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) from Seller within 1 year of receipt of the goods. An RMA may be requested up to 1 year after delivery of the Goods. Buyer must return to Seller the damaged or defective good within the period set forth in the RMA.
  • If an RMA is not requested within 1 year of receiving the goods to be returned, or requests an RMA for goods that are not damaged or defective, Run Communications may, at its sole discretion, refuse to issue an RMA or may require that a reasonable restocking fee be applied, depending on the reason, as a condition of issuing the RMA.
  • Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless Seller and Buyer have already entered into a written agreement otherwise.
  • All equipment deemed to be Out of Box Failure (OBF) or defective in nature will need to have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number in order to be processed for credit or replacement.
  • Special orders for items not normally stocked by Seller are non cancellable and non refundable.

Return Procedure
